How To Get To Kings Park

Kings Park is one of Western Australia’s most famous must-see places to visit which overlooks the City of Perth. Getting to Kings Park from your hotel or accommodation couldn’t be easier, with various public transport, tours and car hire options available.

Getting to Kings Park

Kings Park is only a short distance from the Perth CBD. Transport options include cars, public buses, bus tours, cycling, walking and more.

Central Perth offers free travel on Buses and Trains through and around the CBD as long as you start and finish your travel within the same Zone. To get to Kings Park easily, we recommend Transperth bus route 935, which travels from St Georges Terrace right into the heart of Kings Park. Travelling By Car

Free parking is available within Kings Park which is close to the major amenities. Please take note of the parking restrictions and time limitations when entering the parking areas.

Kings Park is a lovely walk from the city. Simply stroll up St Georges Terrace in a westerly direction (St Georges Terrace becomes Malcolm Street) and turn left at the roundabout into Kings Park. You will find yourself right at the spot for the best views overlooking the city.
