Junk mail Road rage

When I receive a frequency same same emails (to me, my team, my dept., my company) 
 I slash and delete, .. why is this my problem !!!! ahhh!
consequently I over delete and all emails are gone!  ..  ooops! 




the consequences are obvious, 
          • no product knowledge  
          • no product rapport
          • Road rage
          • Loss of productivity

Best Practices - win/win
1. send a reply email explaining the problem (a complaint is a gift), if that fails
2. add spam filters to your system or 
3. add the sender to the "black list" in your email list
4. take a break - try some humour <> Inspiration <> Funny Quotes
