  How to useBoat Access for the jetty extract from Dot 1/8/2020
Berth 1 is for exclusive priority use by Captain Cook Cruises DoT has granted a licence for exclusive use of Berth 1 to Captain Cook Cruises, to enable transportation of large groups of people via the river to Optus Stadium on event days. There will be no berthing of other vessels on Berth 1 other than Captain Cook Cruises. Berth 2 is for charter operators on event days, and the public at other times Charter and commercial vessels can berth on Berth 2. In the event that public vessels are using Berth 2, they must immediately vacate the berth for approaching ferries. They will also have to adhere to the following conditions of use of the jetty: Skipper must remain with the vessel at all times. Users are limited to 15 minute berthing times at the jetty, for pick up and drop off of passengers only. No swimming, diving or fishing from the jetty. Berth 3 is for public use Public vessels can berth on Berth 3 at any time. They will have to adhere to the following conditions of use of the jetty: Skipper must remain with the vessel at all times. Users are limited to 15 minute berthing times at the jetty, for pick up and drop off of passengers only.
